Pricing is tailored to your organisation's size, the modules you use and your deployment model. Beta-cohort partners receive preferential pricing locked in for the first two years.

Do you have an option for small charities?

Yes. Our smallest tier is sized for organisations under 5 staff and includes the core donor, finance and ACNC compliance modules.

Is Aid Synergy ACNC and DGR compliant?

Every workflow maps to ACNC Governance Standards 1–6, External Conduct Standards 1–4 and DGR receipting requirements. We provide audit-ready evidence bundles for your annual AIS submission.

How does Aid Synergy support partner due diligence?

Accepted Answer

Each partner record runs automated OpenSanctions screening (OFAC, UN, EU, DFAT, PEPs) on creation and on a configurable schedule, with mandatory evidence uploads and a full decision log retained for audit.

How are donor compliance and restricted funds handled?

DGR receipting is generated with ATO-compliant fields on the date of receipt. Restricted, faith-based and donor-restricted funds — including Sharia-compliant fund handling where required — live in segregated ledgers with their own acquittal rules, so restricted funds are never co-mingled.

Is the platform audit-ready?

Yes. Every state-changing action writes an immutable audit log with actor, timestamp and before/after values. Auditors get a time-boxed read-only role with scoped access — board resolutions, financial records, evidence vault — without exposing donor PII unnecessarily.
