2. Intellectual property
All content, branding and software are the property of Synergaid Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the site or service. You agree not to upload unlawful or infringing content.
4. Subscription terms
Paid use of the AidSynergy platform is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement signed at onboarding.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergaid Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
