AidSynergy is operated by Synergaid Pty Ltd (ABN 63 682 263 001). We take your privacy seriously and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. What we collect

We collect contact details you provide (name, email, organisation, country, message), technical information about your visit (IP address, browser, pages viewed), and any information required to deliver our services to your charity.

2. How we use it

To respond to demo and sales enquiries, deliver and improve the AidSynergy platform, meet our legal and compliance obligations, and communicate updates relevant to your account.

3. How we store and protect it

Data is hosted on Australian infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access is role-based and audit-logged.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors required to operate the service and only under contracts that bind them to equivalent privacy obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
